The impact of cyber attacks on companies 

Professor Alex Frino can discuss the impact of cyber attacks on companies. The Professor of Economics and Senior Fulbright Scholar says not only do cyber attacks destroy the market value of target companies, but they also destroy the liquidity of their shares by 50 percent.

Professor Frino is a distinguished financial economist whose expertise also extends to corporate actions of major listed companies (mergers and acquisitions, initial public offerings and other equity offerings); interpretation of the release of company financial reports (profit and loss and balance sheets); and corporate risks (including cyber and operational risks).

Straws and single use plastics ban in NSW

Dr Nadia Zainuddin can discuss social and behavioural changes around the ban of straws and other single use plastics coming into effect in New South Wales today (Tuesday 1 November 2022). Her research focuses on social and behaviour change using marketing, specifically social marketing, services marketing, and consumer behaviour. is a Senior Lecturer in the School of Business.

Women, listening and law

Dr Rachel Loney-Howes is available for interviews about an upcoming symposium on how women are listened to in different legal contexts.
