There are plenty of online resources to help you find the right fit.

As a student in their final year of high school, it can sometimes feel impossible to make a decision on higher education, with so many courses on offer, all with varying names and entry requirements. Plus, factor in university location, student life and reputation, and it's hard to know which one is the best choice.

The good news is there are plenty of online resources available to help you compare unis and find the best fit for you.

One really useful website is , which allows you to explore and compare universities and study areas based on real-life student experiences.

Here are the steps to compare universities:

  • Visit 
  • Search for a university you're interested in
  • Add it to your 'Compare' basket
  • Repeat these steps for a few other universities (you can compare up to six)
  • Select 'Compare' to finalise and compare your selections


Now you'll be able to quickly and easily compare your chosen unis for key indicators, such as overall experience, skills development and graduate satisfaction. You can also explore and compare by study area as well, if this is important to you.

The great thing about is it uses QILT survey responses from two million students and graduates from different institutions and study areas, meaning you can make an informed choice based on real students' feedback.
